Regulation of Natural Resources Extraction and Allocation in Space Treaties

The dreams of property rights in the moon dates back to the true ideas of humans about the moon. Of course, the fact that the installation of the flag on the moon recently caused some claiming that the property rights on the moon surface have been sold to consumers in the United States and in Europe. It is clear that the board of directors of the International Space Law Institute responded to claims of property rights in the month. In addition, there are many new plans for going to the moon and other heavenly bodies, and especially for the acquisition of property in heavenly bodies. To assess the situation, we will mainly rely on the legal regime of the 1967 space treaty and not beyond that. If, as required, some of the concepts contained in the International Moon Agreement will examine the specific notions of the treaty of space. Because we are sure of one thing: the Moon Agreement, which comes from the operation of governments, is important afterwards as it is used as a tool for interpretation under article 31, paragraph 3, of the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties. Another important preliminary consideration is that: the status of the legal regime of the treaty of space is relatively disparate. This may require a lot of effort, because it should not be forgotten that it was nearly 50 years ago when the treaty was concluded. For this reason, I must analyze the legal regime of the treaty of space by asking if and to what extent these types of applications are permissible and where they are to be used. Therefore, we hope that this legal assessment will leave some definite results that may help the legal community to take a step forward in order to clarify the general legal regime of space in general and the treaty of space in particular.

The Influence of Adhocracy Organizational Structure on Gaining Competitive Advantage

One of the important approaches to make organization more productive and success, is organizational structure. Utilizing proper organizational structure makes organizations to adapt environmental changes rapidly. The purpose of writing the current paper is to survey the influence of organizational structure on gaining competitive advantage in terrific and transportation organization of Tehran Municipality. The research is applicable from goal view and descriptive from data collection. Data gathering tool is questionnaire from which library and fieldwork were utilized for its designation. Statistical society includes 284 employees of terrific and transportation organization in Tehran Municipality from which 164 ones were selected as statistical sample by applying Cochran sampling formula. Sampling strategy was simple random. To measure organizational structure, 5 main dimensions include decentralized authority, independent decision makings, flexibility, control along with laws and regulations were utilized. The results of applying Regression test illustrated that organizational structure and its dimensions affect significantly and positively on gaining competitive advantage. Meanwhile “independent decision makings”, “control” and “flexibility” were selected as the most important ones.

The Relationship Between Marketing Department and Sales Department in Creating Superior Value for Customers

The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between marketing and sales departments to create superior value for the customer. Research purpose, and the right of Ali. Because of the structural equations statistical technique that has been used to investigate the causal relationship between the variables deals. The study population included stores in Ohio customers. The sample size was 800 people. To assess the current situation Blazers et al. 2009 questionnaires were used. The results show that there is a significant relationship between all the variables of cooperation, clarity of role, creating superior and value for customers.

Presenting Conceptual Model of Knowledge Creating Supply Chain (Case Study: MAPNA Turbine Engineering and Manufacturing Company (TUGA))

The present study aims to present a conceptual model of the knowledge supply chain in the case study of MAPNA Turbine Engineering and Manufacturing Company (TUGA). Here, the knowledge supply chain means the Nonaka four stages knowledge creation including the personal knowledge development, the knowledge transformation, the knowledge adapting, and the knowledge networking for management of knowledge in the organization. Research’s methodology is implicated in aspects of purpose and survey in aspect of performance. The statistical population is consisted of all the company senior managers. According to Morgan table, the sample size was 60 persons which is questioned randomly. First, 30 factors which influence the knowledge creation are identified based on library method in organizations. A three step questionnaire was used to collect data in a way that the questionnaire in the first stage reviles the cause and effect relationship between the identified factors and the 4-stages Nonaka. The second phase of the questionnaire measures the relationship between factors to each other. Moreover, the third questionnaire estimates the current state of knowledge in the organization. The Cronbach's alpha of questionnaire was 93%. After collecting the necessary information, Vensim software is used to simulate the knowledge creation model. Finally, based on the dynamic simulation of the knowledge creation in the organization, the result was presented according to the two different scenarios of organization.

Propose a Conceptual Model for Supply Chain Management

Administration of organizations in Iran is similar to the old methods with using structures that have its roots to the beginning of 20th century. Responsibility and static structures have caused low productivity and coordination between today’s organizations in Iran, mainly being involved in variable quality, high prices and costs. Rapid changes in the past two decades, especially in IT, have transformed smart systems, management systems and organizational leadership. To be released from the mentioned shortcomings, various control methods, such as supply chain risk management, have been developed. The method of applied supply chain risk management in an organization has been investigated in this article, such that the trend of executing risk management and risk evaluating variables in an organization are discussed by using a model. Fuzzy Topsis is used in operating the presented model from the work breakdown structures group. In general, the aim of this article is introducing a method for preparing correct and predictable information for decision-making meetings of senior management in the organization concerning the supply chain management.

Model to Study the Factors Affecting the Effectiveness of Quality Control Loops

Today's competitive world of good quality is not a luxury property but the point of view of producers and consumers is a fundamental requirement. Financial crisis, Warehouse full of parts and products, Motivated workers in inefficient systems, and dissatisfied customers etc. are evidence of the neglect of quality. Loop quality control is one of the effective tools to improve the quality of Total Quality Management. During the recent fifty years ago than seventy countries around the world is working. In total quality management, collaboration and participation of the members in the loop quality control system and team building suggestions are made. The aim of the research, collect and categorize the factors affecting the effectiveness of quality control loops are based on earlier research papers. Previous researchers many factors such as voluntary membership, number of rings and styles of management as effective agents have been introduced. At the end of a multi-dimensional model of the most important factors affecting the effectiveness of quality control loop is proposed.
